RULES:
Be respectful and professional at all school events and activities.
Follow assigned schedules. Members are responsible for attending the events they sign up for unless they arrange a replacement and notify a secretary.
Submit photos and videos on time after each event according to club deadlines.
Do not leak, share, or post club media on personal accounts, group chats, or other platforms before approval.
All media taken for the club belongs to the club and school and may be used for school publications, social media, websites, yearbooks, and promotional materials.
Only approved members may post content to the club or school social media accounts.
Maintain appropriate content. Do not edit, caption, or post anything that is offensive, inappropriate, misleading, or violates school policies.
Respect privacy. Do not intentionally photograph or record individuals who request not to be photographed when reasonable and appropriate.
Handle equipment responsibly. Members are responsible for any club-owned equipment they use.
Communicate professionally with officers, members, staff, and event organizers.
Volunteer hours are earned only after responsibilities are completed, including attending the event and submitting media.
Repeated absences, missed deadlines, or rule violations may result in loss of volunteer hours, suspension from events, or removal from the club.
Represent the club positively both in person and online.
Do not alter, delete, or distribute club files without permission from the team.
Follow all school rules and event guidelines while acting as a club member.
